Our policies
We Keep it Safe and Simple
We do our best to keep our reservations safe and simple. Here are our policies and disclosures:
- We require a credit card on file when we confirm your reservation and cash is required for payment
- We require you to complete the appropriate paperwork at pickup
- We require a credit card on file for incidentals at the time of rental
- We require the boat be returned with the amount of fuel you were provided
- While we aren't able to offer boat rental refunds, we will do our best to work with you if your reservation gets rained out
- For multi-day reservations, we don't allow our boats on the water after sunset
- Smoking is not allowed on our boats
- Have fun, you're at the Lake of the Ozarks!
